Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • In periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. Delays will be communicated via email.​

Shipping Methods and Regions

  • We offer several shipping options within Canada, including standard and expedited delivery. All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.​

  • Local delivery and order pickup may be offered for customers based in Ontario. Eligible options will appear at checkout.​

  • International shipping is available to select regions outside Canada. Delivery times may vary due to customs and carrier practices. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.​

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specific value; please refer to current promotions for details.​

  • Any shipping fees, including expedited or express services, will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping within Canada: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping: Estimated 7–21 business days (customs or postal delays may affect actual delivery time).​

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Canada and select international destinations. Orders with incomplete or unserviceable addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

  • Any restrictions on delivery areas will be listed on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

 

Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can monitor delivery progress using the carrier’s online tracking tool.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.

  • For lost or damaged items, provide supporting documentation (photos for damage), and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns Related to Shipping

 

For information about returns, exchanges, or refunds, refer to our Return Policy page. Shipping fees on returned items may not be refundable unless the product was defective or an error occurred in fulfillment.

Service Interruptions

 

We are not responsible for delays resulting from carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or postal strikes. If affected, we will notify you and support you in resolving the issue.​
