Requests made after this window may not be eligible.
Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@jskoverseasinc.com with your order number, details about the issue, and photographs if applicable.

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to return the item if the claim is approved.
Return Shipping

For eligible refund returns (damaged or defective goods), we will cover return shipping costs.

For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
